Gordon Slynn |
Gordon Slynn is accredited as a mediator by ADR Chambers 2006, and also
sits as an arbitrator. He practised
in Commercial/Common Law Chambers from 1958 until he became Treasury
Counsel in 1968. He was a Judge in the Queen's Bench Division from 1976
and was then President of the Employment Appeals Tribunal until he was
appointed to the European Court of Justice in 1981 as Advocate General
and then Judge. He was a Lord of Appeal in Ordinary and a Privy Counsellor
from 1992. He will undertake mediations, arbitrations, and other forms
of ADR (eg. Early Neutral Evaluation) in European and International Law,
as well as in a broad range of Common Law disputes.

Henry Brooke |
Henry Brooke is an accredited mediator SPC CEDR and
ADR Chambers 2006. He was called to the bar in 1963 and was a judge
in the High Court and Court of Appeal between 1988 and 2006.
He has wide experience in all areas of the common law particularly
professional negligence, personal injury, medical law, public law
and human rights, landlord and tenant, boundary, defamation, disputes
involving the police, and commercial contractual and insurance disputes.
He will also undertake arbitrations, and other forms of ADR
(eg. Early Neutral Evaluation).

Dennis Levy |
Dennis Levy became an accredited member of ADR Chambers in 2007. He was
called to the Bar in 1960 and was a member of a set of Chancery Chambers
from 1968 till 1991. He was appointed a Q.C. in 1982 and as a Circuit
Judge in 1991. He retired in May 2007. Whilst sitting in the Central
London Civil Trial Centre, he had wide experience of the many facets of
civil law tried there, including disputes regarding ownership of land,
between landlords and tenants, professional negligence, citizens and
local authorities in housing matters, jury trials involving the police,
personal injury and commercial disputes. He was a part time member
of the Employment Appeal Tribunal and an additional judge of the Chancery
& Queen’s Bench Divisions.

Paul Randolph |
Paul is an accredited mediator CEDR 1999, SPC 2000, and was called to the Bar in
1971. He has mediated in a large number of professional negligence and
personal injury claims, commercial contractual disputes, employment, negligence
claims, property and boundary disputes and family financial conflicts. He is course
leader/lecturer on the Mediation Skills Course at the
School of Psychotherapy and Counselling. See his book Mediation - A
Psychological Insight into Conflict Resolution co-authored with
Dr Freddie Strasser an eminent psychotherapist. He is also authorised to
undertake instructions under the Public Access scheme. Speaks French, German,
Hungarian, and a little Spanish and Italian.

Christian Bevington |
Christian is an accredited mediator SPC 2007 and has been a Circuit Judge
since 1998. She has wide experience in trying a broad spectrum of civil,
family and criminal cases. Co-founder of Housing Manager Circle 333 Housing
Trust 1966-76. Produced the Bevington Report following her Chairmanship of
the Independent Inquiry for the City & County of Cardiff concerning 'vulnerable
persons'. She was Chairman of the Mental Health Review Tribunal 2002-2003.

June Venters |
June is an accredited mediator Family Law Association 2007 and is senior
founding partner of Venters, solicitors. Appointed Queen's Counsel in
2006, the first woman solicitor QC, and the first woman solicitor to
be a door tenant with barrister's chambers, at Lamb Building. Her
practice includes crime, serious fraud, public law child care, and
family law. She is a member of the Children Panel, and undertakes
mediations in family/partnership breakdowns and civil disputes.
She is a Recorder of the Crown, Family and County Courts.

Jeremy Gordon |
Jeremy is an accredited mediator SPC 1999. He was called to the Bar in 1974 and
specialises in civil litigation. He has a strong practice in commercial
contractual disputes, negligence claims, property, land law and boundary
disputes. He has an extensive knowledge of computer related
issues. He is a part time Employment Judge.
He is also authorised to undertake instructions under the Public Access
scheme

Dr John Fox |
John is an accredited mediator SPC 2005. He was called to the Bar in 1973 and
specialises in medical matters, personal injury, contractual and negligence
claims, as well as property, landlord and tenant and family disputes. He is a
qualified dentist with many years experience of dental practice.
He is also a JP and is authorised to undertake instructions under the
Public Access scheme.

Spenser Hilliard |
Spenser is an accredited mediator SPC 2005. He was called to the Bar in 1975.
He has a practice in contractual and negligence cases, property and landlord
and tenant disputes, and specialises in the financial aspects of
litigation with an
emphasis on matrimonial and family finances. He has experience of
dealing with disputes in the health service, having been a non-executive
director of a London NHS Trust where he was involved in developing risk
management procedures for personal injury claims. He also has a
particular interest in licensing and the wine trade, and is authorised
to undertake instructions under the Public Access scheme.

Robert Sherman |
Robert is an accredited mediator, SPC 2003. He was called to the Bar in 1977.
He has been involved in a wide range of mediations (representing parties as
well as mediating). He is an Honorary Lecturer on law and ethics in counselling
and therapy at the Psychology Department (Post Graduate) UEL. In addition,
he is an accredited NLP Practitioner and runs business and organisational
seminars, in particular in managing conflict and change. His practice over
nearly thirty years has been wide ranging and his current interests
include: claims against psychiatrists, therapists, counsellors and other
social and health professionals arising out of abuse or negligence; and
claims under the inherent jurisdiction concerning the capacity and best
interests of vulnerable adults in which he is regularly instructed by
the Official Solicitor.

Angela Hodes |
Angela is an accredited mediator SPC 2005. She was called to the Bar in 1979
and specialises in family law. She mediates civil, commercial and matrimonial
property disputes.

J David Cook |
David is an accredited mediator SPC 2005. He was called to the Bar in 1982 and
specialises in civil and commercial litigation. In 2007 he was appointed as a
legally qualified member of the Criminal Injuries Compensation Appeals Panel.
He has mediated a wide variety of matters including commercial disputes,
partnership disputes, property and boundary disputes, personal injury
cases and data protection issues.

Julie O'Malley |
Julie is an accredited mediator SPC 2005. She was called to the Bar in 1983
and specialises in family law.

David Brounger |
David is an accredited mediator SPC 2005. He was called to
the Bar in 1990 and specialises in civil litigation, including
contractual and negligence claims, employment, property, and
landlord and tenant disputes but in particular personal injury
matters. He is also authorised to undertake instructions under
the Public Access scheme.

Andreas Pretzell |
Andreas is an accredited mediator SPC 2005. He was called
to the Bar in 1997 and specialises in Public law. Prior to
coming to the Bar Andreas worked as a commercial officer/project
manager for Siemens AG. He later completed a masters degree in
international Business Law. He is fluent in German and has
knowledge of German law, and is also authorised to undertake
instructions under the Public Access scheme.

Geri Peterson |
Geri is an accredited mediator SPC 2005. She was called to
the Bar in 1997 and specialises in public law and in the law
relating to fine art. She is also authorised to undertake
instructions under the Public Access scheme.

Dale Sullivan |
Dale is an accredited mediator SPC 2005. He was called to the Bar in
1999 and specialises in civil litigation, including contractual and
negligence claims, employment, property, and landlord and tenant disputes.
Dales has particular interests in personal injury cases and professional
negligence matters (solicitor's negligence). He also has a basic
understanding of Italian.

Meeta Rughani |
Meeta is an accredited mediator SPC 2005 and was
called to the Bar in 2004. She practises in criminal law and family
matters. She is an experienced Community Mediator.

Michael Gleeson |
Michael is an accredited mediator SPC 2005 and
was called to the Bar in 2004. He was a rare wine dealer for 12
years before training as a barrister and mediator. He practices in
civil law (including all aspects of property, trusts, commercial
and personal injury) and family law (both matrimonial property and
children). He mediaties civil, commercial and matrimonial property
disputes.

David Merrigan |
David is an accredited mediator SPC 2006 and was
called to the Bar in 2004. He is a member of the Family Law Bar
Association and mediates civil, commercial and matrimonial property
disputes.

Katie Wood |
Katie is an accredited mediator SPC 2007 and was
called to the Bar in 2001. She is a member of the Family Law Bar
Association.

James Trumble |
James is an accredited mediator SPC 2006 and was
called to the Bar in 2006. He was previously a solicitor at Ince & Co,
specialising in significant personal injury cases for defendants. His
experience includes serious road traffic accidents, employers' and
occupiers' liability and fatal accident claims within the construction
industry. James has been extensively involved in maritime and offshore
accidents litigation, as well as aviation claims, particularly involving
issues of jurisdiction and conflict of laws. He also undertakes civil
work on behalf of the police.
